Official Rules of the Competition – Muse du Sahel

Ritual of Light Collection – Spring 2025

1. Game Organizer

This competition is organized by Tradiscount EI, owner of the Muse du Sahel boutique , a high-end artisanal jewelry brand, whose headquarters are located at 10 Boulevard Hérold 92000 Nanterre France – hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer".

2. Duration of the game

The game is open from April 5, 2025 at 00:00 (Paris time) until May 5 , 2025 at 23:59 .

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the dates if necessary, without this giving rise to any compensation for the participants.

3. Conditions of participation

The game is open to any natural person aged 18 or over, residing in Metropolitan France, with the exception of the Organizer's staff and any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the game.

To participate, you must:

  1. Have purchased a baya from the Rituel de Lumière collection on the official website www.musedusahel.com during the competition period.

  2. Be a subscriber to the Instagram account @musedusahel

  3. Have liked the official competition post published on Instagram.

  4. Mentioning 2 friends in the comments under the official post.

  5. Shared the post in Instagram story , tagging @musedusahel.

Any participation not respecting these conditions will be considered invalid.

4. Designation of winners

Winners will be randomly drawn from among eligible participants who have met all the conditions.

📣 Announcement of results: via the Muse du Sahel Instagram channel & contact by private message or email.

5. Prizes to be won

  1. 🎁 1st prize : 2 plane tickets to Ibiza (from a European capital) + accommodation for 1 week (approximate value: €1,000)

  2. 🎶 2nd prize : 1 ticket to the Afronation festival (approximate value: €350)

  3. 💎 3rd prize : 1 free baya from the Ritual of Light collection (value: €39.99)

The prizes cannot give rise to any dispute, nor to any cash compensation or exchange.

6. Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:

  • Technical issue preventing participation (network error, Instagram bug, etc.)

  • Error in the contact details provided by the participant

  • Cancellation of the trip or festival beyond one's control (weather conditions, health crisis, etc.)

7. Personal data

The data collected as part of this competition is intended solely for competition management. In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data upon simple request to: contact@musedusahel.com

8. Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules. No disputes relating to the game will be considered after May 10, 2025.

The regulations are available online on the official Muse du Sahel website or upon request by email.
